A friend who lives nearby recommended here, so we wanted to try it. We prepared to order something specific, but the staff suggested their burger. Surprisingly, it was delicious! My favorite dish was the “Traditional Spicy Noodle Cooked with Pork Mince and Peas” – authentic sauce and perfect texture. Loved watching the chefs cook over open flames too. Great vibe, amazing food. Will definitely return!

Absolutely love this hidden gem in North Strathfield! Shone Chi delivers authentic Sichuan cuisine with bold flavors and generous portions. Every dish we tried was packed with taste — the spicy grilled duck and the classic boiled beef were standouts. Perfectly balanced spice and tenderness! The staff are warm and welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and cozy, great for casual dinners or group gatherings. Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes. It’s clear that the chefs put real heart into the food. Highly recommend for anyone craving real, comforting Chinese food. Will definitely be back!

First time in North Strathfield and randomly found the restaurant —still had to wait for a table even after 1 pm 😂. Loved the sweet duck, super crispy and tender, noodles were tasty but a bit soft, the jelly dessert refreshing, and the other dishes were solid too. Authentic flavors at good prices, no wonder it’s always packed. Worth a try!

I'm back here again, ordering a few signature dishes I missed last time. The sweet-skin duck has a crispy and sweet skin, the meat is tender and flavorful without being greasy. I'm not sure if it's authentic, but it's really delicious. 👍 Every dish is cooked fresh, so the service is slow, so please be patient. 😄

Shone Chi Kitchen is a great restaurant because the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I highly recommend honey duck cooked in Chinese spices as the duck skin is crunchy and sweet, the duck meat is delicious. It tastes so special and is better tasting than BBQ duck! Pork Bone, pork maws and radish soup is a must try soup. The soup added Chinese angelica, so it is not only flavorful but also nourishing. I also like the special flavor pork bun as it is delectable! Shone Chi Kitchen is a restaurant where I want to go back to more often!
